JZ Consultants, a subsidiary company of JZ Group, is dedicated to enhancing the export of semi-skilled and skilled manpower from Pakistan. Motivated by supportive policies from the Pakistani government and assistance from relevant authorities, JZ Consultants has expanded into this field to raise the quality of manpower exports.

Leveraging extensive experience in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, we have formed partnerships with foreign associates to meet growing demand for workers in industrial sectors such as construction, textiles, hospitality, information technology, automobile and agriculture, as well as health sector etc. To meet these demands, we’ve established affiliations with both public and private institutions, in addition to developing our own facilities to train manpower effectively.

Our training focuses on two main areas: firstly, soft skills such as imparting language(s) & cultural awareness specific to each host country and secondly, enhancing job-specific technical expertise. Through thorough due diligence and assessments based on international standards, our program ensures that Pakistani manpower is fully qualified to work abroad.

Upon completion of the qualification process, these skilled workers are offered employment opportunities through our offices and representatives abroad, contributing to the global workforce and meeting the needs of international employers.
