Recruitment Procedure

Documents Required from the Client:

  1. Demand Letter
  2. Power of Attorney
  3. Employment Agreement
  4. Contract Agreement between the Company and GOC
  5. Guarantee Letter

For recruitment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the following additional documents are needed:

  1. Visa Bank Slip
  2. Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala)
  3. Commercial Registration Copy
  4. Enjaz Visa

Recruitment Procedure

The recruitment process is streamlined and timely. Once the client’s original recruitment documents are received, interviews are scheduled within 7 to 10 days.

Interview Process:

  • Advertisements are placed in authorized newspapers.
  • Pre-screening of suitable candidates is conducted.
  • Final interviews and trade tests (if applicable) are held by the client.

Medical Check-up:
Selected candidates are sent for medical fitness checks at Government-authorized Medical Centers.

Visa Process:
Only medically fit and travel-ready candidates are processed for visas.

Orientation:
Before departure, selected candidates receive orientation about the destination country’s culture, climate, job expectations, and laws to help them adapt quickly and perform effectively.
